REALLY good information on flood status of each river and lake in the Highland Lakes chain. You can even sign up for a “reverse 911” of sorts, when “Emergency Flood Gate Operations” are in effect and you should move quickly to take care of any property near the water.
Texas State Fuel Tax Rebate Form
Get a 20 cent per gallon refund on tax portion of the fuel you buy for non-auto uses!! Just save your receipts for all gas purchases that are not for an automobile and send them in with this form every 12 months or sooner (any gas receipt older that 12 months will not get a rebate). You can send in a new form multiple times a year and as often as you want.
